Paper & Poster Presentations

The IIRE maritime research confluence 2020 will be inviting technical PAPERS and POSTERS from researchers and student in the Maritime sector across the globe. All the abstracts and draft manuscripts will undergo rigorous plagiarism checks and evaluation by a team of subject experts.

PAPERS published in a ISSN registered journal are an excellent way of sharing work with a larger and a very relevant audience. The journals published by the IMRC organizers finds audience in major shipping companies, associations and universities. 

The IMRC poster presentation is aimed at stimulating participation and provides an excellent forum for student researchers to present their work in an informal and interactive setting. Posters are ideal for presenting speculative or late-breaking results, or for giving an introduction to interesting, innovative work. 

All papers and posters will be presented under the following subject areas:

• Impact on Ecosystem
• Maritime Logistics 
• Maritime Training
• Ship and Port Operations 
• Shipbuilding and Technology
• Trade and Commerce 
• HR and Crewing

BENEFITS TO THE PARTICIPANT:

• Papers accepted for publication and presentation at the Research Confluence 2020 will be published in the ISSN registered journal by IIRE - IJMRD.
• The selected poster abstracts will have a chance to display their posters for the full duration of the Research Confluence 2020.   
• The presentation will give a chance to present your work to the audience and connect with subject experts in the maritime industry to explore business opportunities.
• It will also expand your professional experience by demonstrating subject knowledge and expertise to global maritime fraternity.
• You will be able to discuss successes and problems encountered during research with your peers who may have similar experiences and lessons learned to share.

HOW to participate in PAPER or POSTER PRESENTATION?

Any researcher(s) and student(s) from the maritime field can participate. You are required to submit your abstracts by the 20th December 2019 at iireresearch@isfgroup.in. The selected abstracts will be welcome to participate and present at the IMRC. Mention:

• Your name
• Institute/organization
• Designation/Role (Students can participate in poster presentation only)
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Subject category (from above) in the email body and attach your abstract in MS Word

We recommend researh fellows to participate in paper presentation and students to participate in poster presentation.)

Creators of the selected abstracts will be informed and asked to submit their full work by 10th January 2020 for participation in paper/poster presentation. The fee for participation is to be paid only if your abstract is selected. 

PARTICIPATION FEE FOR PAPER PRESENTATION:

• INR 6000 FOR INDIAN NATIONAL
• USD 200 FOR FORIEGN NATIONAL

PARTICIPATION FEE FOR POSTER PRESENTATION:

• INR 3000 FOR INDIAN NATIONAL
• USD 100 FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL

The participation fee includes full access to the full 2-day symposium and which includes all lunch & tea breaks.
